What an incredible day!  Capt. Nick and Capt. Scott went out to do a little fishing. By days end ,they did a lot of catching, landing 9 redfish on fly. Eight of the nine redfish were over 20 lbs, the largest being just shy of 30lbs. They also caught at least that many on topwater plugs. One of the most exciting things that the Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River has to offer is when the large redfish decide to eat on top. They just don't eat, they attack the lure or fly.  NOW is the time to enjoy  this incredible experience, it might last another week or another couple months, no telling, every year is different.
